Our 2018 California Cabernet Sauvignon shows wonderful flavors of black fruits and cherry, encompassed in a medium-bodied matrix. Our Central Valley vineyard receives relatively high growing degree days, which results in a high and developed yield. Following the six-month aging in French oak, our wine shows bright red color and gives a delicate, yet smooth sip.
